What we're looking for

We’re looking for a fractional Chief Medical Officer to help us deliver mass-market preventive healthcare at zero cost to Americans.

What you'll do

• Help guide product strategy; what panels we offer, how we triage results, how we integrate with providers, and how our in-app powered analysis works.
• Advise partners on clinical standards, regulatory considerations, and best practices.
• Support partnership negotiations by providing physician-level expertise on value creation, feasibility, and workflow integration.
• Translate clinical complexity into operational models that are scalable and sustainable.
• Help recruit a medical advisory team and strengthen the GoodLabs brand in medical communities.
• Educate non-clinical stakeholders on relevant healthcare concepts.
• Thought Leadership: Represent GoodLabs in partner meetings, presentations, and advisory sessions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with CMOs and compliance offices at our partner blood centers.
• Work 1 day a week in person with us in New York City.
